RUFUS BROME
1993-2000
 During his episcopacy, Bishop Brome instituted a number of bold and timely measures. These included the ordination of women, the establishment of the Anglican Youth Ministry service with a full-time Director, a communications Department which includes a Resource Centre, the refurbishment of the Diocesan Headquarters at “Mandeville House”, Collymore rock, St Michael.
In addition to all this, Bishop Brome has been instrumental in implementing a Diocesan health Scheme for clergy and lay employees of Synod and establishing a Fund for the ongoing training of Clergy.
